Students ages 11-13, Alpha Kappa Alpha is hosting a YLI Kickoff Fest on June 7, 2025 from 11-2 at 122 S. Market Street, Lancaster.
Schools and offices will be closed Monday, May 26, in observance of Memorial Day.

The Lancaster County School District Special Olympics is canceled for Friday, April 11th. Special Olympics has been rescheduled for Wednesday, April 16th.

The Tdap vaccine is required for all 7th grade students in South Carolina. The Tdap vaccine protects preteens and teens from three serious diseases: tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis (whooping cough).
We are reminding you now, so that you can beat the Back to School Rush and have time to plan for your child to be vaccinated early, before the start of 7th grade.
The Lancaster County Health Department will be offering vaccination clinics in May.
